The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page two, line two, after the word "authorized" by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words, "with the following amendments:
On page one, subsection 3.1 by restoring the stricken word 'demand' and by striking the underlined word 'request';
On page one, subsection 3.2 by restoring the stricken word 'demand' and by striking the underlined word 'request';
On page two, subdivision 3.9.3 by striking the words 'as applied in civil cases in the circuit courts of this state shall be followed' and inserting in lieu thereof the following words 'shall be applied as set forth in W.Va. Code §29A-5-2(a).';
On page four, subsection 6.1 after the words 'cause to be prepared a' by striking the duplicate word 'a'.; and
On page five, after the words '§3-12-10. Orders.', by striking the subdivision number '11.1' and inserting in lieu thereof the subdivision number '10.1', and by striking the subdivision number '11.2' and inserting in lieu thereof the subdivision number '10.2'."
